No. Just no. I don't like either name as a given name, especially not Hunter. I think hunting is kind of unnecessary in the first world anyway, not to mention my disapproval of the practice when not necessary, so endorsing it through a name of course is a big "no" to me. Reagan is better, but it should, in my opinion, stay in the middle position, as it is a trendy surname.

Not my style either, but it could be worse. Hunter isn't one of my favourites, but it's alright. I like most occupational names ending in -er, and though there are better ones out there, like Fletcher and Tanner, Hunter isn't too bad. Reagan's worse, I really don't like that one. I prefer Teagan.

I like the name Hunter. It's not any more "violent" or gun-ish than Archer or Fletcher IMO. It's sorta self-consciously woodsy, but so what. I knew a Hunter in Texas and he was a very kind softspoken sort of guy so I got a good impression of it.

I don't care for Ray-gun, especially on a boy because it so much seems to refer to the Gipper. I like Regan for a girl pronounced REE-gan though.

It's funny because my first thought is "ok we get it you're conservative" but honestly with modern naming trends I'm not even so sure.

I like Hunter but not Reagan. Although, I do prefer /Reagan much more for a boy and I strongly assume Hunter Reagan is as boy
