First of all, I never know how to say it: Emma-Lyn? Emma-Leen? Emma-Line? That right there knocks it down to not-a-good-name status.
Also, I really dislike the dowdy, frumpy Emma and the prissy, snobbish Emily, so even if Emeline had a definite single pronunciation, I wouldn't like it.

Since it is of French origin, it would definitely be pronounced -leen.
