Do you pronounce Caroline with the ending like LINE or LYNN? (Just trying to understand how to pronounce Ottoline.)

Line. Caroline and Carolyn sound completely different to me

Pronunciation

Lady Ottoline Morrell pronounced it like Line, as in Drop me a line. Don't suppose that proves much, but she's the Ottoline most people have heard of, so perhaps it does.

So it would not rhyme with Josephine or Marilyn!
