I think it would have major pronunciation problems, and my liking or not would depend on how the person pronounced it. Forvo says it's ippa-tia in Greek, and Hippa Tia in English, but I think that most English speakers would probably guess Hip Aysha or High Paysha or maybe even Hype At Ya. And of those, the Greek version is the only one that sounds okay to me.
