I'm going to honest, I don't care for it despite my admiration for Lucy. I would suggest Lucia instead or even Lucille.
Rowena: Really dislike. Sounds awkward when spoken out loud. The name just doesn't roll off the tongue very well and makes me think of a fictional witch or sorceress and things of that nature. (One on the television series, supernatural for prime example) or even just a character in general.
Winifred is nice in a 'charming and cute' dated sort of way. A name popularized decades ago but could see it coming back, having some of the dust removed.
Willa, Freya and Wilhelmina as a few warmup suggestions thrown out there.
