Help[Opinions] Chrysalis
forgot what got me considering it at all, but i've recently started loving it.
At first thought i'd never use- part out of fear of being corny, but mainly because it looks like a combo of two of my SO's relatives who she has a rocky relationship (but vastly improving) with.
Surprisingly though, she not just loves it, but even more so for that reason. It adds more to already completely unsubtle meaning too, by honoring people who bettered themselves. And people who would go "aw that's so sweet- wait Chrysalis wtf". we both feel that if we're gonna be corny, we gotta go all out.
Anyway though, wdyt?? Does it sound enough like a name to you? What nicknames would you use? Are you like ew bugs?? If you had to choose a name with a vague but super corny association, what would you pick? Combos? etc etc
