So we've had our heart set on the name
Mia. We love how it means "mine" or "beloved" and has Spanish/Italian roots. As I am Spanish and husband is Italian. We plan for a son named
Sebastian. Upon researching I also found a piano-instrumental called "
Mia and
Sebastian's Theme Song" from the movie Lalaland, which I thought was adorable although I've yet to see the movie. Anyways, I don't like how common "
Mia" is. Recently, I though of the name
Vivienne and realized I could spell it "
Vivian" and the -ian suffix would match "
Sebastian" !!! We love how
Vivian means "alive" or "full of life".
Mia is so sweet whereas
Vivian is a hidden gem. Thoughts? (:
