Cosmo if he's Indonesian:

🔲 We usually don't read the C letter as /k/ we read it with the CH (like
Chad) instead.

Cassian is similar to the Indonesian word
kasihan, which means "pity".
From my experience, the safe C names options are
Christian, Christo, or
Christopher. Otherwise most Indonesians will mispronounce his name.
But! That's a different case if he's an Indonesian-American first-generation who was born in the USA.
