As if Frenzy and Fury and Felonie weren't bad enough, and they are plenty bad, Glycerine.
What possible excuse can there be for that?
I actually do think there should be naming laws here in the USA. A case-by-case basis wit a disinterested panel of analysts.

I heard some countries have a pre-approved list of like 5000 names to choose from and if you wish to name your child another name, you have to appear before a judge and submit a request. I used to think this was a dumb law until I saw the names people my age are naming their children.
