Originally I thought you were saying that -ová is masculine suffix, but what you are saying is that -ová is a feminine suffix that can go on a masculine surname, right?
All Czech surnames in the main database should now be showing the correct gender.

Actually, yes. -Ová is feminine suffix in czech and Slovak.
