Вадить (vadit') / вадити (vadyty) can be "to bother", or just "to affect in bad way". But I am told вадить is dialectal, only in Donbass.
Even there we did not use it much. Раздражать (razdrazhat') is more common word in Russian, дратувати (dratuvaty) in Ukrainian, or some eastern dialects have роздратувати (rozdratuvaty). But in East Slavic languages "I" verbs end in -yu / -u not -im.
