I think Cordelia and Theodore are a wonderful sibset! Very handsome names. The -or- sound is accented differently in the two, so it's not an issue to me. While I don't think NNs are necessary, I think Delia and Theo are adorable!
I think Anastacia enough, but I'm not keen on Anastasiya, and with the "nasty" association you have, I would be hesitant to use it. Milena is charming, though. I would use Cordelia before Milena, but if there were two girls in the set, I'd use them both.
My brain is a little tired this week, but if I happen to think of suggestions for alternate nams, I'll edit them in.
