First off, I'm not going to lie and pretend I like Mylie/Miley/Maile. I havn't even heard of it until recently, and i think it has something to do with a child actress of the same name. All of a sudden everyone seems to love it, and I have a feeling it will experiance a small boom which doesn't add any appeal.
I think it is pretty, but peraps it could be used as a nickname for a more formal name that could be better for an adult: Malina, Malinda, Mallory, Milena, Millicent, Mirela / Mirella, Mirele?
That being said Victoria seems to balance the newness of Miley, and th combo has nice flow.
