[Opinions] Re: Colyer???
Colyer was the last name of the deputy head at my secondary school. Nice man.I pronounce it COL-yer. According to my book, Colyer is a varient of Collier, an occuaptional surname belonging to those who were a charcoal burner or a gatherer/seller of coal.I don't like it, it's too much of a surname to me.

The Oxford Names Companion. I was looking in the surname section rather than the first names because I've only known it as a surname.
