[Opinions] Re: Eleanor, Elizabeth and Margaret
For Elizabeth I love these: Betty, Betsy, Bessie, and Bess. I also love Elizabeth "Elizabeth." There is something so beautiful about it. Same with Margaret "Margaret." It is so dignified and serious and beautiful. Kind of solemn. I have loved it ever since reading this poem: http://www.potw.org/archive/potw29.htmlI know a Margaret a year or two younger than me. Her name is Margaret Alice and it is almost a double name. ♥
She's a neat kid too apparently; I don't know her that well, I only graded her papers, but she has cool friends, gorgeous handwriting, and made good grades. :PThis is my own list of Elizabeth combos; you will likely not like them very much
Elizabeth Oriana
Elizabeth Bernadette
Elizabeth Cordelia
Elizabeth Gertrude
Elizabeth Ingrid
Elizabeth Letitia
Elizabeth Lucretia
Elizabeth CordeliaI don't really like Elizabeth Adelaide; even though all of ^ those combos are long almost silly long, I find E. Adelaide kind of overbearing without being especially interesting. (I find mine interesting which redeems it.) Margaret Adelaide, on the other hand - O! Elizabeth Iris, too, is very interesting. Margaret Iris is fine.Dot's Margaret combo is Margaret Gladys, which I find just fabulous.Mae is also nice for Margaret. Mae or May. Margaret Lily is appealing to me. Margaret Ophelia. Margaret Thomasina AWW I love Thomasina. Margaret Sarah piques me.These are all me combos not you combos.
ETA I also really love Eliza. A sibset of Margaret, Nora, and Eliza would be soooooo good. So very good.
