Lottie is really cute. And while I like Charlotte and Juliet, I just don't like them paired together (too many t and l sounds). It matches Vivienne Claire very well (love THAT). BTW, my dd has a friend named Charlotte and her family calls her Latte which I think is quirky and sweet.
ETA that I only know one Juliet who is a physician. I've never asked her about any R & J teasing but I'd say her name certainly hasn't held her back in any way.
