Person in post said it was from name Taylor. And Tayla is variant of Taylor. And I mentioned in response to post above, I think Tailah is from British pronounciation.

Okay I'm sorry I missed the British pronounciation. I would say is a poorly spelling attempt to the name Tayla. I like Tayla very much myself. Would never use it but it is a guilty pleasure of mine. :)
