I knew a girl in highschool who was named Veronica, nobody called her Ronnie that I know of and honestly the idea never crossed my mind until you mentioned it. How about Titus? It is somewhat simular to Tobias but so far as I can discern it is un-nicknameable.

I keep picturing his future classmates coming up with unflattering ways of using the name Titus. This is a family board, so I won't share.

Kind of like why I won't name my daughter Shifra, even though I LOVE the name.
Kids can be cruel...

Uh....okay. Some us just aren't as quick with the unflattering uses I guess. I can't think of any... (please, there's no need to explain though) but at least you know what you think and why.
