Meaning & History

According to his book, "Grammar and Alphabet of the Egyptian Language", za is a compound name for a symbol called beth, which is given the meaning of "a fruitful garden". Ki is a compound name for the symbol iota, meaning "eye" or "to see". Oan is a compound of Zub-zool-oan, which is defined as "the beginning", and iota. Hi is synonymous with beth. Ash is a compound of Zub-zool-oan.
