I used to attend church with a family who named their dd Gaythelene (pr. gay-tha-LEEN) Irene. The parents made up the name based on the dh's name, Guy. Irene was the gm's name. Still, I always thought Gaythelene was pretty bad and the combo RHYMED making it even worse.

ETA that everyone called her Gay. She was a lot younger so I never asked her if she liked her name.
