Cassia found out she was expecting after three mornings spent bowing to the porcelain goddess, courtesy of a "stomach virus." Horatio finally convinced her it might be a good idea to take a pregnancy test, and, to her shock, she was found to be with child. Even more to her surprise was the discovery she was going to have twins - Horatio had neglected to mention they ran in his family.
