Annunziata is on my long list of names. Love it! It's so over the top that it's cool. I suppose Nunzi is out as a nn -- too similar to an infamous political group? But you could still use Annunziata as a fn. The nn Annie is easily attained.
Your list is delightful. My favorite combination is Damaris Annunziata.
Paolo / Paola is great. The "pow" sound always makes me smile. Paolo Dmitri, Paolo Constantine and Paolo Livius are my favorites from your list.
By the way, don't worry about Leopold. I would think that reminding people of a historic figure is a plus in a name, not a minus, unless the historic figure did something awful. Personally, Leopold reminds me of the Bugs Bunny cartoon where Bugs, dressed in a tuxedo jacket, walks to the front of an orchestra. Hushed whispers of "Leopold!" are heard. It's a reference to Mr. Stokowski (sp?). It's very cute. The other thing that comes to mind is Queen Victoria's son, but that's even more obscure. I love the name Leopold, but I don't like the way it sounds next to Paolo.
