What do you think of this as a name for girls? It works because it's looks and sounds similar to more familiar names.
When you see it how, instinctively, do you pronounce it? LAY-lee-ah
Is it usable or is the confusion over pronunciation not worth the effort? Definitely usable. If people mispronounce how you say it, you just have to correct them and they will learn.
