I wasn't sure who she is and then remembered that Zinka Kunc married
Predrag Milanov. Zinka and
Milka Trnina (btw, the chocolate brand was named after her) are considered our greatest opera singers.
The name comes from Rozina (from
Rosina) via the diminutive form Rozinka. It's not used much now and was most popular in 1950s/60s.
ETA: It could also be derived from any name ending in -zina-> -zinka, like: Terezina, Agnezina, Alojzina, Frozina, Fruzina,
Eufrozina, Eufruzina, Krizina, Tomazina...
