I don't get "enema" from Emina at all, but I prefer Amina. Was just thinking about Elina yesterday because it was the name of one of my awesomely eccentric foreign professors. And I too have wondered why it's not more popular in general - it does seem like it would fit right it with all the other popular names now. They're both really lovely but I like Amita best of all ;)
