First, roll a d-4 for any relationships. If the result is a
3, the couple is no longer together, due to death or divorce / annulment / separation.
Next, for everyone over 55 or under 10, roll a d-10. If the results are
8, 9, 0r 10, then the person is no longer living.
After that, roll a d-10 for every single person 18 and over:
If the person is 18-25, any score from 6 to 10 is a relationship (you decide if married, betrothed, or courting).
If the person is 26-35, any score from 4 to 10 is a relationship.
If the person is 35+, any score from 5 to 10 is a relationship.
Now roll a d-10 again for the background of the new family member:

3. Legal official (MP - Commons, judge, solicitor / attorney / proctor, watchman, etc.)

Any children born this round should be under 5 years old. Roll a d-20 to determine the number:
For a potential mother aged 18-23: 1-10 is no children, 11-15 is 1 child, 16-20 is 2 children
For a potential mother aged 24-34: 1-5 is no children, 6-8 is 1 child, 9-14 is 2 children, 15-20 is 3 children
For a potential mother aged 35-45: 1-10 is no children, 11-15 is 1 child, 16-20 is 2 children
