This is obviously a variation on the Say/Think, except you're not meeting the actual child, you're meeting the excited pregnant mom & she's telling you the name she's picked out. Your mission (should you choose to accept it) is to suggest a better combo if you don't like what she's picked. :o) (Don't we wish we could do this in RL?)
