Rock Bottom

Rock Bottom is a fictional town from the cartoon 'Spongebob Squarepants'. It's name is a reference to the saying Rock Bottom. Rock Bottom is typically used as a way of expressing desperation or feeling like one is stuck. Example: "We've hit rock bottom."

The name of the town Rock Bottom references both this, and the name of the main town in which Spongebob lives, Bikini Bottom. Serving as a sort of mirror version of the familiar location.
