I think Cammie is really cute, too, and I like it for Camille. I know a Camryn and a Cambrie, both of whom are often called Cammie (maybe Cammy). You could also probably use Campbell, Cambria, or Camellia.

In English, I pronounce Camille as kuh-MEEL. I've never met one.
