Yes she is a (former) Duggar and while I wouldn't use the name myself, I understand the reason behind why they have. He is named for Charles Spurgeon, a preacher who still makes an impact to this day. Tbh, I like the fact that they gave their baby a name with meaning to them, rather than throwing a bunch of letters together to create a "unique" name, just for the sake of it.
